Dr. Vijay Sharma is a member of Rotary Club of Dharamshala since 1982. He has worked in the capacity of President of Rotary Club of Dharamshala for the years 1987-88 & 1997-98. He has also worked as Secretary for the years 1982-83 & 1983-84. He has got District Award as Remarkable Rotarian of the year 1998-99. Apart from this he has contributed as Assistant Governor 3 times, District Chair Vocational Services 2 times, District Chair Literacy 2 times, District Chair New Generation, District Director Club Services, Chief District Zonal Chairman 4 times, Joint Secretary District 7 times, District Secretary 4 times, Club Secretary in the year 1995-96 & as Chief Aid to District Governor. He has also attended almost every function of the District since 1982. Also every District Governor honoured him with an award on District Award function. A multiple Paul Harris Fellow (7 Plus). He is also a District Assembly Chair 2020-21.
